The Perspex Monocle

Perspex Monocle

Bestown transmogrified vision through this cybertronic eye-commodity’s scarlet sensoring, the wearer may return ancillary-dimensional sight by suspending the piece to the forehead leaving it to function as a perky hair-clip.

An Old Friend

A fundamental snippet from my first day visiting the central district of Leipzig, introducing a yearly Thursday occurrence of further exploring the cityscape, including the traditionalized respects to the primordial master.

Buying Fabrics

Strikingly difficult, it appeared, buying shades of black at the considerably darkest belgo-dutch fabrics fair, even though I did manage to find some specialties, just to store away until I know what to do with them.

Sleeve Pattern

Silk Blouse Wide Flow Sleeve Pattern

The sleeve pattern for the Gray Blouse turned out to be one of my most interesting conceptions so far, having five, circularly lengthened, vertical darts worked into the head, providing girth along the otherwise straight-cut sleeve, and a number of folds at the base capturing that girth into the cuff, with the extra addition of an inverted box-pleat within the seam-line, to bring out even more flow towards the back of the sleeve, guided outwards with one last, horizontal, dart worked into the elbow side.
